From an early age, Matt worked on construction sites with his dad and grandpa and has always loved the construction process. After a decade of travel and sales for Vermeer, he and his wife Rachel made the move to get back to the trades and own their own business. With the help of a good friend Randy, they went about purchasing Lanser Home Service, one of the most well respected HVAC and Plumbing companies in Pella. Now known as Integrity Comfort Solutions, the business still provides the highest quality HVAC and plumbing services. They pride themselves on providing great value, honesty and a customer focused approach to all projects.

 

The Lansers started the company in the 70s. They built a reputation for doing great work and providing excellent customer service. In the early 1990s, John sold his business to his boys, Brent and Virgil. They grew and ran the business through January of 2024, when they sold it to Matt and Rachel.
